Each room has been designed to be incredibly comfortable. The mattress is super-comfy. They’re also brim full of ‘tech’. High definition internet-connected smart TVs adorn the walls, USB charging points have been placed immediately adjacent to the desk, the WIFI is business-grade and the broadband is fast. We’ve even included a Netflix account for every room in the house so you can stream movies and binge on box-sets to your hearts content.

The location is great - only minutes from the shops and takeaways in Maindee and a hop, skip and jump from the gym, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and all the City Centre has to offer. For those with cars there’s plenty of parking on the street and you can be on the M4 in minutes, for those using public transport the house is only minutes from a bus route and hop and a skip to the train station.

The kitchen, dining and community space is fully equipped and includes everything you might reasonably need and includes: two hobs, two ovens, microwave, fridge/freezers (two of them), a washing machine and a condenser tumble dryer (it consumes a fraction of the energy when compared to its electric cousins). House movie-nights are delivered courtesy of a wall hung HD smart TV.

One simple all-inclusive monthly membership fee covers:
