Securing the Property and making an application:

Should you anticipate any issues please highlight these with us in advance to avoid losing your application fee and also to allow us to advise you whether your situation is likely to be acceptable.
UPON PAYMENT OF YOUR DEPOSIT THE PROPERTY WILL BE HELD FOR YOU PENDING RECEIPT OF THE SIGNED AGREEMENT TOGETHER WITH GUARANTORS PAPERWORK WITHIN TEN DAYS. IF NOT RECEIVED THE PROPERTY WILL BE THEN BE RE-MARKETED
Deposits
