£1200 Rent Credit - Important Details:

The contractual rent is £2625 per calendar month.

You will receive a £1200 rent credit.

This credit will be applied in full to the 2nd month's rent, so you will pay £1425 that month.

From month 3 to month 12, you will pay the full £2625 per month, due on the 1st of each month.

If you sign a 12 month lease, the total cost equals £30,300 over the year-averaging £2525 a month.

*Please note that rent will be due on the 1st of the month, and so the initial rent due will be calculated based on the day you move into the property. If you move in after the 14th of the month you will need to pay the rent for the interim to the end of the month, along with the next first full months rent.
