Court Oak Road, Birmingham B32 3 bed end of terrace house - £1,500 pcm (£346 pw)

This gorgeous three bedroom end of terrace property feels like a three bedroom detached with the amount of room you have all around this home. It's location couldn't be more perfect either, close to the Hagley Road, Harborne High Street as well as many local amenities reachable on foot. The property offers a driveway currently for one large vehicle. Although on road parking is also very easy and convenient should you have a few guests around. The property benefits from a porch before you enter the large welcoming entrance hallway. The herringbone flooring immediately catches the human eye leading you down to the large open plan living, but before you enter this space you have your great sized family lounge to the front elevation. It is here where you can have a large dreamy sofa for the family to huddle for a Saturday night movie. Stepping into the large open plan living area, your immediate reaction is 'WOW'. This incredible space really is the ultimate entertaining space. The kitchen itself is so sleek and modern, offering ample storage all around with built-in-appliances also. The island stretches roughly 3 meters long offering 5 stools all around with equal space in-between each stool for comfortable seating. The kitchen worktops are also Quartz which are hard wearing and prestigious looking. Within this open plan living we also have adequate space for a large 6/8 seater dining table, a study area and a spacious snug area which currently seats a large corner sofa with a TV housed to the wall. I can certainly see the Saturday football being watched in this bright airy room or never the less the kids could be watching their programmes whilst you prepare their evening meal. Also off this space you have a downstairs w/c which are always handy to have. This room is also complimented with 3 pane bi-folding doors which lead you right out into your amazingly lengthy and wide rear garden. With a large newly slabbed patio area and plenty of green for the kids or dog to run around, this garden is a dream. Heading upstairs all three bedrooms are fantastic in size. The master bedroom and second bedroom can comfortably hold a king size bed as well as all your other remaining furniture. The third bedroom is also a great size and most certainly isn't your typical 'box' room. The family shower room is beautifully done as it offers a large walk in shower with a waterfall shower head for those therapeutic undisturbed morning showers.
