Colville Gardens, London, W11 1 bed apartment - £4,767 pcm (£1,100 pw)

Standing since the 1870s, the stucco façade of this Victorian mansion block towers above landscaped gardens and private gates. From the fourth floor, this apartment looks out across the greenery – a calm backdrop to its considered interiors.

Inside, a dining and reception room is anchored by a wide bay window, framing the gardens below and creating a natural spot for mornings. Wooden floors bring warmth to the neutral scheme, sweeping through to a streamlined kitchen tucked neatly into a nook. This setting makes the most of space, featuring integrated appliances, sleek white cabinetry and a pristine tiled splashback.

The bedroom continues the restrained palette, softly lit by natural light and finished with beige carpet underfoot. A family bathroom, complete with bathtub and overhead shower, serves the home. For moments outdoors, residents enjoy access to the communal garden.
