Description
Located on Ramsgate's Westcliff is the delightful Westcliff Park, one of areas most sought after securely gated developments. This home has recently undergone some TLC to bring the décor and fixtures and fittings up to a truly modern-day standard. As you approach Westcliff Park from the Royal Esplanade side of the road opposite the boating pool and government acre your first impressions are instantly exceeded. Access is either via a secure gated walkway or the main gates for vehicular access. This mid terraced home comes with a parking space as well as additional visitor parking and electric charging point.
As you enter the front door the kitchen is on the right-hand side, modern, and with plenty of unit space as well as nice views out to Westcliff Park. Further down the hall is additional storage and a very convenient downstairs WC. At the rear is a generously sized executively decorated lounge with acoustic panelling and French doors leading out onto the garden that has a mix of paving before having access to a vast expanse of shared grassed area that runs along the back of the row of houses.
Upstairs there are two equally generous sized double bedrooms, both of which have en-suites, one with a shower over the bath and the other with the shower cubicle. The main bedroom to the front has the Juliet balcony with views to the sea and the grounds of Westcliff Park, the rear bedroom has secluded views of trees and an almost woodland feel.
Being located on Westcliff Park this home comes with not only exclusivity but a real sense of community and security in a location away from the hustle and bustle of the town but a nice enough walk away whether it be on the clifftops or around the harbour for everything you need from bars, restaurants, shops and great transport links.
