Housing Association property so will have NO kitchen appliances and tenant may have to supply own carpets/floor coverings
Begins on a 12 month Assured Shorthold Tenancy, becomes an Assured Tenancy thereafter providing the tenant meets all their obligations well.

Please note, we are advertising this property for a Housing Association, and they do not organise viewings for any of their properties prior to anyone taking them. Applicants are referenced first, then if they pass are put forward for the property. The first time that you are actually able to see inside the property is the day that you are due to start the tenancy and you will already have signed part of the tenancy agreement. The tenancy agreement only becomes a 'contract' once the landlord has signed and dated it and we will only do this when they agree to enter into the tenancy, having viewed the property. If, at the sign up appointment, the applicant decides that the property is not for them, they can terminate entering the tenancy before they commit to the contract, meaning they can walk away with zero obligations at that point. No monies are requested until the applicant has entered into their tenancy. If the applicant has already given notice to vacate to their current landlord then they can simply retract their notice and remain living in the property as before. Please only proceed to apply if this method sounds suitable for you.
