An exceptional renovated family home near Ham Common and the river Thames

Description

Linden House has been thoughtfully designed to harmonise with the elegant Georgian architecture of its surroundings. It offers a rare blend of character and contemporary comfort, with expansive windows which flood the home with natural light.

It features five spacious bedrooms and five bathrooms (four en suite) within the main house, complemented by a superb self-contained annex above the garage. Complete with its own kitchenette and en suite shower room, the annex is perfect for use as a home office, nanny accommodation, or a private retreat for teenagers.

At the heart of the home is a wonderfully bright and spacious kitchen/family room, featuring bespoke fittings and a gas range cooker and American style fridge/freezer. From here, bi-fold doors open directly onto a terrace and charming walled garden. There is a useful utility room adjacent, along with a home office, a TV snug and a bright conservatory.

A standout feature is the rooftop terrace, offering a stylish outdoor setting with views over the private garden—perfect for alfresco drinks.

Further highlights include a sauna and a substantial garage, providing secure off-street parking for multiple vehicles—an increasingly rare find in such a desirable location.
